Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting www.dinnerfromscratchoff.com operating under "Dinner from Scratch". We want you to love your deck of cards! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your card deck must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original plastic wrap/packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned deck. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
3. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Card Decks
If your deck of cards arrives bent, torn, misprinted, or otherwise damaged during transit, we want to fix it right away!
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dinnerfromscratchoff.com with a photo of the damage.
- We will gladly send you a replacement deck at no additional cost to you.
